Appreciation
Appreciation is under appreciated. It is all too easy to demand (or expect) life to be as we want it to be and neglect to notice the spectacular display that is actually unfolding at every moment. If our equanimity is subject to our personal like or dislike of the content of that unfolding, we will forever be cast about on a stormy sea.
