This Week I have invited Sally Hart back to talk t me about groomers burnout, Sally recently did a seminar on burnout at the MAstergroom event organised by Colin Taylor back in June. I wanted to find out how it went,, what she learnt from her audience and to discuss how burnout looks to us.
