Voormalig sportjournalist Carl Huybrechts is gepassioneerd door olijfolie. Hij heeft een olijfgaard in een dorpje in Andalusië en produceert daar zijn eigen olijfolie. Dat heeft intussen een bio-label gekregen.
Bijna drie kwart van de olijfolieproductie komt trouwens uit Spanje, het leeuwendeel daarvan uit Andalusië. Daar wordt de kwaliteit van de olie veel strenger bewaakt.
