Wayne Goldsmith: Coaching guru discusses the All Blacks and what goes on in a coaching review

With the conclusion of the 2025 All Blacks season, it’s time for some scrutiny. 

The year was filled with a mixed bag of performances, all of which will be analysed in the end of year reviews. 

Coaching guru Wayne Goldsmith told Piney the question is whether what we're seeing is a team building towards greatness in two years, or a team that’s lost the plot.  

Once that’s been nailed down, he says, that’s when you figure out what needs to be changed, when, and how you’ll know if that works.
