Tom Latham: New Black Caps test captain on replacing Tim Southee

After a string of disappointing results for the National team, Tom Latham has replaced Tim Southee as Test Captain for the Black Caps.  

He joined Piney to discuss how he's going to turn the team's fortunes around. 

“To me, it’s about trying to empower guys to do, to do their roles as best as they can and let them go out with freedom.”
