Simon Graafhuis: Chiefs CEO on the organisation of the club, the team's success

The Chiefs are sitting pretty at the top of the Super Rugby table – five points clear of the Crusaders in second. 

It comes after their dominating victory over the Western Force, claiming the win 56-22.
