Paul Wilcox: CEO of Auckland Thoroughbred Racing

After a four-year hiatus the Christmas Carnival returns to Ellerslie Racecourse this summer, the Boxing Day and New Year's Day races. Major highlights on the racing calendar, and one of the country's richest annual sporting events. 

SkyCity is the naming rights sponsor for both Boxing Day and New Year's Day. 

CEO of Auckland Thoroughbred Racing Paul Wilcox said the two events are very significant in the racing community in New Zealand. 

He joins Jason Pine to talk about the exciting times ahead for racing.
