Lockie Ferguson: Going for a lot of runs "not uncommon"

Despite their disappointing loss at Eden Park, there were some bright spots for the Black Caps. 

Lockie Ferguson shone with the ball, the only bowler on the kiwi team to avoid punishment in the opener.
