The top three heading into the Super Rugby Pacific playoffs have been confirmed after the Chiefs locked up top spot with a bonus-point 41-24 win over the Highlanders in Dunedin.
The Crusaders won the battle for second place after edging the third-placed Brumbies 33-31 in Canberra.
