Easy Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake
1 3.9 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
1-1/2 cups milk
1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, each cut in half
½ cup coarsely chopped pretzels, about 14 twists
Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly grease or spray a 9 by 13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, whisk instant pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes.
Stir in dry cake mix till combined.
Spread evenly in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 28 to 32 minutes or till toothpick place in center comes out almost clean.
Immediately top with remaining ingredients and let stand 15 minutes.
Serve using a large spoon.
You may also serve with ice cream.
