On August 2, 2024, several sectors attracted major investments, notably entertainment and supply chain management. Cosm, a Dallas-based immersive tech company, secured over $250 million from investors like Mirasol Capital and Baillie Gifford, valuing the firm at over $1 billion. Their sports-centered immersive dome experiences already have venues in Los Angeles and plans for Dallas and Atlanta. Altana AI raised $200 million in a Series C investment led by the US Innovative Technology Fund, also achieving a $1 billion valuation. Altana AI provides AI-driven supply chain management platforms essential for navigating new trade and security policies. Additional funding highlights include Bilt Rewards raising $150 million to expand its loyalty rewards network, Outpace Bio securing $144 million for AI-powered protein design technology targeting solid tumors, Agrovision obtaining $100 million for superfruit-focused agtech, and Spring Health raising $100 million to enhance AI-driven mental health services. Other notable fundings include Jade Biosciences, AiRNA, Protect AI, and Gradient AI.
