British police arrested Jarett Dunn, the alleged exploiter of Solana memecoin protocol Pump dot Fun, in London. Dunn, known online as @STACCoverflow, was located through a 26-hour intelligence operation involving Instagram posts and other open-source data. He was found at the Middle Eight Hotel in Covent Garden and apprehended seven hours later. Dunn allegedly exploited admin keys to siphon $2 million from newly launched memecoins, then airdropped the proceeds to Solana users. Released on bail, Dunn awaits a court appearance in August. The protocol's team redeployed smart contracts and promised to compensate affected users.
