Todoist - A Powerful and Super Easy to Use Todo List Tool

Most of my todo items come to me via email, and I've used Asana, and Evernote and both provide ways for you to send emails to those system. Once you memorize the items to put in the title it will automatically sort, stamp, etc your todo item. Cool? yes. Easy? Not so much. I've been able to forward the messages and make a big pile in my default folder and later I would have to sort them. Hard? No. Convenient? Not so much.
