AccuWeather forecasters say snow lovers in New England have a reason to rejoice as the prospects for a major snowstorm are high during the last weekend of January. That likelihood is less certain in the mid-Atlantic, but meteorologists warn that the storm could bring heavy snow to the region in one possible scenario they are analyzing.
