It may seem erratic at times, but it’s all Mother Nature’s way of keeping the balance. And to the people that are on the ground that rely on the water for food and business, it may seem unfair. At the end of the day, when people are caught in the crossfire of extreme rainfall and flooding events, there are some that are more impacted than others. Is that really fair?
