Today was the first day of Beyond 6 Figures Week.
Inside, I shared about the primacy of your faith in Christ when it comes to achieving success in business.
(Without an abiding faith in Christ, your actions WILL fall short)
I described each of the 3 different business models to scale, including my boutique-style 'Sophisticatedly Simple' Business model.
And we 'did the math' to show you how doable it is to take your business from where it is right now to where you dream it could be.
Then I addressed the issue of focus:
-How imperative it is to be focused. -What focus requires of you (this may surprise you). -And what to focus on in order to scale beyond 6 figures.
I then coached on these questions:
* 'When it comes to focus, I have a hard time because I'm overcommitted. This leads to distraction and then I fail to complete the tasks I intended to complete.'
* 'How can I get my time & calendar organized when I have so much to do and not enough time to do it.'
* 'I've been trying to launch an offer for years. One one hand, I feel like I know what I need to do. On the other, it's not getting done and I feel paralyzed. How can I get unstuck?'
