You can’t get wealthy without using leverage. In a year when many of us have been forced to change our routines due to the global pandemic, we now enter the Autumn with some sense of normality returning in the shape of children returning back to school and workplaces slowly re-opening. Are you able to leverage more or less than you were previously? Instead of commuting to work, can you allocate that time to wealth-building activities instead? Perhaps your monthly costs have changed, and therefore your financial leverage may have increased or even decreased. Take this opportunity to reevaluate your use of leverage when it comes to building your wealth.
