If you have a student loan, there's a chance you can have up to $10,000 written off by the government. There's an issue if you make too much money though. This episode some of today's news about the government forgiving student loans, and also covers something you may want to do to get your taxable income low enough to qualify. Right now looks like there may be a $125k income limit, learn about what you can do to buy real estate to accelerate depreciation and get enough deductions to get your income below that required amount.
