GO BOLDLY HOMEWORK
- Join our Rethinking Resolutions Group Challenge and try delimiting your life this year.
- Set a timer for 10 minutes, bust out the journal, and brainstorm all the ways in which you are limiting yourself right now. All the beliefs that you hold that limit you and keep you from pursuing your goals/dreams. Set that aside.
- Set another 10 minute timer and journal all the things you would do if none of the limiting beliefs you wrote down were real. Let your imagination run free.
