After a three week break, which we spent meticulously planning the future of the pod and working on how to make it even better, the boys are back to bring you weekly dose of light-hearted moans and groans about the mighty West Ham.
With just a few weeks to go before the new season gets underway, transfer chat is typically high on the agenda, but while there isn't much in the way of concrete news on incomings, James, in particular, has a lot to say about the club's embarrassing inability to sell players at competitive prices.
