Monday's Powerball drawing for the largest-ever jackpot was delayed because of a technical issue, the lottery game said during the live broadcast. The results will be posted on Powerball's website as soon as they can conduct the drawing, the host said. The suspect, in this case, is described as a dark-skinned male around 30-45 years old, five feet nine inches with an average build.
