Parents are demanding greater transparency from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools leaders following numerous complaints about late buses, wrong drop-offs, and communication breakdowns in the district's transportation system.

Andrew Dunn, a CMS parent with three children in the district, told school board members during a recent meeting that the problems extend far beyond individual incidents.
