Joshua Eyer, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department officer killed in the line of duty Monday, will be remembered during a memorial service in Uptown Charlotte on Friday morning.
Eyer is one of four law enforcement officers killed during a shooting in east Charlotte. Four other CMPD officers and a Statesville officer were also injured during the hours-long standoff. Here's what we know about the memorial service.
