Daylight saving time is finally upon us. The twice-yearly time change will happen Saturday night as we spring forward and lose an hour of sleep. But giving up an hour of sleep to the time change could do more than just make you sleep on Sunday morning. Ben Thompson connects the dots on the long-term health impacts of setting our clocks forward.
