Hispanic victims targeted in nearly a dozen robberies across Charlotte: Wednesday, April 5

Police are investigating a string of robberies in the first days of April that appear to be targeting the Hispanic community. They say this is a step in the right direction as they continue to grapple with ongoing shortages.
