Fort Mill Schools is pushing for new cameras on school buses to ensure the safety of all students. "We ran into several challenges this year," Matt Purvis, the transportation specialist, said. "Our current cameras do not allow you to see what's going on." According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, one person was found dead in a home on Malibu Drive near Americana Avenue on Tuesday. Police say a family member came home and found the man dead. It is believed a suspect broke into the home during the homicide.
