Show Notes
For Tina Sykes-Mosley, Christmas Eve carries a bittersweet significance. It would have been her son Marcus's 34th birthday, but he was shot to death in 2020, leaving behind a child who will never celebrate another Christmas with him.
Now, Sykes-Mosley is channeling her grief into action, distributing holiday gifts to children who have lost parents or caregivers to gun violence, youngsters for whom the season brings painful reminders rather than joy.
