Show Notes
It will be a few more years before Charlotteans begin to see buildings go up for the long-awaited Brooklyn Village development. The project, a long time coming, still has a long way to go.
On Wednesday, the developers will give the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners an update on the $700 million project's progress.
The entire project will bring more than 1,200 apartments, including affordable housing, retail and office space. Yet the construction site sits empty as the project stalls once again.
