Breaking update: North Carolina will not be able to mail absentee ballots on Friday as scheduled because of a court order related to Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s appeal to be removed from the ballot.
A previous decision by Wake County Superior Court Judge Rebecca Holt to deny the temporary restraining order sought by Kennedy was denied. The decision was appealed.
