Day seven of the Camino covers about 23–24 km from Pamplona to Puente La Reina.
Puente Lorena, moving from the old city through suburbs and rolling agricultural hills.
The walkers note lighter trail shoes, muddy paths after rain, vast lines of wind turbines, and abundant cherry blossoms as they climb and battle brisk breezes and a light spit of rain.
After roughly 35–40,000 steps they arrive in a small stone town, rest, and plan to explore before continuing the journey.
