Officer Krystal Rivera was an animal lover, a devoted mom and a dedicated public servant.
That’s according to family members who spoke today (FRI) with the Sun-Times’ Mary Norkol.
Rivera was shot and killed during a pursuit in the Chatham neighborhood last night (THURS).
