A Lifelong Connection: Connecting Adults & Early Intervention

This week WOA welcomes Tish Etter, the new Adult Services Director at Waves. Alongside Tish is Jen Choate (Waves Early Interventionist), Staci Davis, Christy Webb, and John Lynch to chat about the Adult Services and Early Learning Departments at Waves. Tish offers a unique perspective to the full lifespan of support offered at Waves as her son currently receives developmental therapy from Jen through Waves Early Learning Program. Tish shares her experience in discovering she needed Early Intervention support and how Waves has supported Tish and her son. Jen also shares her experience in providing support for Tish's son and how through developmental therapy they have been able to witness growth over the year. The group discusses the importance of early intervention and then the continued support of in adulthood that is offered through Waves Adult Services.
