Jim has been lifeguarding for over fifty years and is the founder of the Ocean Lifesaving Association. He has worked in Lavalette, Long Beach, and several other beach patrols up and down the jersey shore. The Ocean Lifesaving Association is responsible for certifying and moderating local New Jersey beach patrols.
