22-year-old medical technician Marquise James, from Baltimore, faces murder and attempted murder charges for allegedly killing an 87-year-old millionaire philanthropist at a senior living facility in Potomac, Maryland. The shooting, planned over a month, occurred on February 14th, with James shooting the victim, Robert Fuller, in the head while he was in bed. James, who worked at the facility, also attempted to flee during his arrest and fired shots at a Maryland state trooper ten days later. The defense has requested a mental evaluation, with a competency hearing set for March 5th.
