Blood Law brings into context the act of shedding blood and the fact that the Lord has flatly condemned the act of shedding another person's blood. The Lord is recorded in Genesis chapter nine, verses five to six giving the bottom line here. It says "And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man". There are many other aspects to the shedding of blood and the actual laws regulating it. It is not okay to shed innocent blood. No matter whether you live in America, South America, the middle east, or elsewhere
