What does it mean to be a citizen? Tony Woodlief of the Bill of Rights Institute, tells us about how we can get educated on the constitution, and why this is important to be a good citizen. This is especially important for the rising generation. Only 67% percent of high school students have studied the constitution at all. The constitution is not just some document for the elites. It is our duty as citizens to know this document and to study it for ourselves.
