Dr. Beisner talks about EPA and their claim that CO2 is a "dangerous pollutant." CO2 is a gas that is essential for plant life. They want it regulated. This will cost the government trillions of dollars, destroy jobs and hurt the poor. Human-produced CO2's impact on global temperature is negligible. This is "Post-normal science," a politicized science used to promote political agendas.
