Good news for legislation! On today's Good News Friday, David starts out with topics from his stack. 31 States have passed measures to let marriage be decided on by the people. Iowa, New Hampshire, and North Carolina are all making progress towards placing permanent bans on same-sex marriage. Also some great news out of California- Prop 8 won't be overturned. Guest, Robert Enlow President and CEO of the Friedman Foundation, talks about a great new school choice law in Indiana. After that, Congressman Randy Hultgren talks about HR 2874 which would divert funding from ineffective sex education programs into abstinance education programs.
