Brenda MacManemin talks about the Florida personhood amendment, defining an unborn child as a person. The Florida constitution states that all persons under the Florida constitution have the right to enjoy and defend life. The amendment would extend the definition to include the unborn in category. There are initiatives in all 50 states. Anyone can get involved wherever they live.
