Show Notes
Kelly Shackelford discusses two topics, both related to Paul Clement. First, the president's defense of DOMA was half-hearted. Now, it is up to the house to stand up for the law. Originally, Clement was to be on the case, but now, a change of plans? Secondly, an 8-year old boy, is our topic. All he wanted was to share "The Legend of the Candy Cane" with his classmates, during his school's "winter" party. The school said he could not share his religious message. Hear about the case and the outcome.
