Having led 2-1, James Tarkowski grabbed a late equaliser for the hosts before tempers boiled over at full-time with red cards shown for Curtis Jones, Arne Slot and assistant head coach Sipke Hulshoff.
The panel look back over the occasion of the final Goodison derby, where it leaves the state of the title race with Liverpool moving seven points clear before getting onto the contribution of Mohamed Salah.
