Gratitude and fear cannot co-exist. These are very uncertain times and the worst we can do is give in to media warfare. The current COVID-19 epidemic is turning into an epidemic of FEAR. Giving into our fears is the last thing we want to do. There are many ways the having a gratitude practice helps us to turn our fears into things we no longer as afraid of.

I share my strategies for morning and daily gratitude practices, and how we can manage our fears and anxiety with gratitude. Having a solid daily gratitude practice can have a positive impact on other peoples lives, as well as our own. Never underestimate the power of your words and your actions!
