The show closes with Heather highlighting Cotino, a luxury residential community developed by Disney's Storyliving initiative, located near Palm Springs, California. It's a 618-acre mixed-use development that will eventually include around 1,700 homes and a 400-room hotel. Cotino is known for its Disney-inspired design, exclusive amenities, and the "Parr House" inspired by the Incredibles 2.
