13-year-old Brandy Myers was going door to door raising money for her school in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1992 when she went missing. In 2015, the Phoenix Police Department told her sister that they believed she was killed by suspected serial killer Bryan Patrick Miller, but Brandy is still waiting for justice.
