K.L. Bone is a USA Today bestselling author of dark fantasy and paranormal romance from Northern Ireland, where she is pursuing a PhD in creative writing. Greg Wilkey is an award-winning bestselling author, and a professional educator from Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Greg and K.L. met in 2012 at the Vampire Lestat Ball in New Orleans and have been close friends ever since. They plotted the majority of the Starbound series on a hot summer day in California while waiting in line for San Diego Comic Con.
