The biggest lie in Indian healthcare?

“If you’re thin, you’re healthy.”

You look slim in the mirror… but inside?

Low muscle. High hidden fat. Weak metabolism.

This isn’t fitness. This is a health time-bomb.

Why India became skinny fat:

🇮🇳 Generations of famine → bodies store fat faster

🍚 Carb-heavy diets + protein deficiency

👪 “Patla dikho” culture — aesthetics over strength

💻 Almost no strength training

🛌 Poor sleep, sugar, refined oils

🔥 End result? Low muscle + high visceral fat = disaster

What most people don’t realise:

Even “thin-looking” people are at higher risk of:

⚠ Diabetes

⚠ Fatty liver

⚠ Heart disease

⚠ Hormonal imbalance

⚠ Low stamina & weak immunity

How to FIX skinny fat:

1️⃣ Eat enough protein (1.2g/kg body weight)

Eggs, paneer, dal, curd, tofu, chicken.

2️⃣ Lift weights at least 3× a week

Muscle is the ONLY real cure.

3️⃣ Sleep 7 hours + walk 8–10k steps daily

Your metabolism depends on this.

Stop glorifying “thin.”

Start respecting strong. 💪🇮🇳

India doesn’t need size-zero… it needs stamina, muscle, and strength.
