CNN apologized to Rabbi Leo Dee, after they egregiously labeled the terror attack which murdered 3 members of the Dee mishpacha as a 'shootout'.
The apology was pitifully weak, and clearly a lame attempt to avoid a lawsuit.
Both Ben Brafman and Alan Dershowitz have offered to represent the family in a lawsuit against CNN
