His mother gave birth to him at 14, and his father tried killing him when he was five. Mary Goodman, a highly successful businessman in West Bloomfield, MI, didn't have an easy childhood, and a rabbi's ill-chosen words turned him away from Judaism when he was a teenager. But the birth of his son 20 years later changed everything. Marty Goodman describes his journey back to Torah and plays some of his original musical compositions.
