Congress is set to pass a massive spending package. The bill has 4,100 pages, yet members were given less than a day to read it before voting.
What is in the bill? Lots of waste, including millions to rescue salmon. Also--border security funding...for the MIDDLE EAST! You cannot make this stuff up.
