Pastor Paul stirred the church to increase our faith by asking the Lord to change the outcome of certain circumstances. In the Old Testament, the prayers of King Hezekiah moved God to undo a prophetic word spoken over his life. When Hezekiah received a word from the Prophet Isaiah that he would die, he turned to God in prayer for his life. Believers should not settle for diagnoses, situations or reports without bringing it in faith to the Father.
Sometimes the Lord uses an outcome as an opportunity to increase your faith for a new possibility. Both faith and fear push us to believe in something that hasn’t happened yet, but it’s our responsibility to choose which outcome we accept. Despite what fear says, put your faith in the Lord’s grace and abundance granted to you.
